Terms and Conditions

Rates are per person, per night, based on two people sharing a room.

We do not have family or interconnecting rooms however we are happy to accomodate children from the age of 10.

Please Note - Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We have a strict non smoking policy throughout the hotel.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person, per room, secures your reservation.

Cancellation: We ask that all cancellations be confirmed in writing. In the case of a cancellation more than one week before arrival, we would be happy to hold the deposit against a future booking. Your reservation is a legally binding contract and if you are otherwise prevented from taking your holiday, you may be liable to pay the full cost of your stay unless we can re-let the accommodation.

Insurance: Holiday insurance is inexpensive and we are pleased to send details. This avoids embarrassment on both sides if last minute cancellation becomes necessary.

Payment: Personal cheque, cash, Debit Card, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted.

Check-in Time: 3.00pm. Should you require an earlier check in time we are happy to try and accommodate. Please call to organise this with us. Checkout time: 11.00 am.
